The preparation of the annual plan of the Gram Panchayat is a systematic and participatory process. In this, Gram Sabhas are organized to identify local needs and problems and collect people's opinions and suggestions. Plans are designed by prioritizing various development sectors such as infrastructure, health, education, agriculture, and women and child development.The plan is then finalized after evaluation by technical committees and assessment of financial resources. The annual plan is implemented with the aim of comprehensive development of the panchayat, following the guidelines and conditions of the state government.
