Vision

         To provide necessary services to the people who come to Marakara Panchayat and the institutions entrusted to the Gram Panchayat on a daily basis and to the entire population of the Gram Panchayat in a timely manner and to create a feeling among the people that Marakara Panchayat and the institutions entrusted to the Gram Panchayat are their own institutions and to make Marakara Panchayat a model Panchayat in Kerala.

Mission

Improve the quality of all services provided by the Gram Panchayat and the institutions that have been transferred.
